    • Brand, business strategy and website creation consulting for individuals, solopreneurs and businesses, particularly in the wellness space.

    • Oversaw the end-to-end rebrand and restructure of SheStrongPT resulting in a 112.5% site visits and a 375% sales increase.

    • Full brand identity and strategy development services, including market research, positioning, messaging and content creation.

    • Responsible for all aspects of business and strategy from budgeting and sales, to content creation and service/product suite, brand identity and web development.

    • Managed a team of 3 contractors (social media lead, web/admin assistant, and a freelance coach) day-to-day.

    • Featured in leading media such as the Irish Times, RTÉ Lifestyle, Stellar Magazine, and TodayFM

    • Delivered multiple wellness summits, workplace, gym and school-based workshops on women’s health.

  • SENIOR PRODUCT MANAGER | Segmatic

    2017-2019

    Paid Search advertising agency and B2B paid search product.

    • First product hire, promoted a Snr Product Manager - responsible for all aspects of Product Management, reporting directly to the CEO and working with a cross-functional team of engineers, designers, and data scientists to develop and manage product backlog,

    • Improved core functionality by 90% and reduced errors by 55% and implemented improved design thinking processes.

    • Managed a mixed onsite-offsite team to deliver the project deliverables in line with the company’s strategic roadmap, managing requirements,

    • Analysed qualitative and quantitative data, defining performance KPIs and carrying out regular user feedback/testing to identify common pain-points and product/service gaps,

    2015-2017

    End-to-end production and project management for Google’s EMEA Marketing team.

    • Directly managed onsite and offsite account and dev teams to deliver 30+ email marketing campaigns.

    • Improved customer satisfaction scores by 33% and generating over $4 million in revenue for Accenture.

    • Led client account management, gathering and translating requirements into clear technical specs and ensuring timely campaign delivery and status updates to nurture relationships.
